All cancellation requests must be communicated to the Secretariat in writing via email at info@getsetconferences.com.
The Secretariat reserves the right to review and approve all cancellation requests, including the applicable refund amount.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 working days after the deduction of the taxes.
